Solution
NSI_Employee Wifi
Open Regedit as admin
Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\RasMan\PPP\EAP\13
Create DWORD named TlsVersion value 300 (hex, 768 decimal)
Open Control Panel (Not Windows 10's Settings)
Network and Internet
Network and Sharing Center
Set up a new connection or network
Manually connect to a wireless network
Name: NSI_Employee
Security: WPA2-Enterprise
Click Next
Click Change Connection Settings - Security Tab
Choose a network authentication method: PEAP
Click Settings
UNCHECK "Verify the server's identity by validating the certificate"
Select authentication method: Secured Password (EAP-MSCHAP v2)
Click Configure
UNCHECK Automatically use my Windows logon name and password
Click OK
Click OK
Properties - Click Advanced Settings
CHECK Specify Authentication Mode
User Authentication
OK
OK
Close
Login with nsi\username and password
