Exchange account setup on an iPhone

Solution Access to customer email from an iPhone should be set up using the built-in Mail app on the phone. The account can be created in the Settings app.

1. In the Settings app, click "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
2. Click "Add Account..."
3. Click "Microsoft Exchange"
4. Enter your email address, password, and a description for the account.
5. On the next screen, please enter:
- Server:
- Domain: client (just the word client)
- Username: your username (not your email address)
- Password: your password
6. Click Next
7. After the account is verified, complete the entry of your preferences and complete the addition of the new account.
